Privacy Policy

Draft, pending review by securities + privacy counsel. Provided so the acknowledgement flow works end-to-end; the binding policy will be published before the platform opens to the public.

What we collect

Your email (to sign you in), the brokerage account data you connect (positions, balances, transactions), and the preferences + activity you generate in the app (watchlists, notes, settings). We do not collect a password — sign-in is a one-time emailed link.

How we use it

To provide the service: sync your accounts, compute your personalized ratings and recommendations, and show your portfolio. Broker credentials are encrypted at rest.

Read-only by design

We connect to your brokerage through a regulated account-aggregation provider using read-only access. Your brokerage login is entered with that provider, not with us — we never receive or store your brokerage password, and we cannot move money or place trades.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose the identity of your connected accounts to third parties except as needed to operate the service (e.g. the brokerage aggregator you connect through) or as required by law.

Your data, your control

You can disconnect a broker or request deletion of your account and its data. Some records may be retained where required for regulatory recordkeeping.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will re-prompt your acknowledgement.
