Who we are
Stock Genius provides personalized, portfolio-aware analysis: ratings, alpha signals, and recommendations tailored to your connected accounts. We are pursuing registration as an investment adviser; until that is complete and disclosed, treat the platform as informational.
What we do and don't do
We surface analysis and recommendations. We are not a broker-dealer and do not execute trades. You place any trades yourself, in your own brokerage account, and you are solely responsible for those decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your login and for the accuracy of the information you connect. Do not share your access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Risk and no guarantee
Investing involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. Nothing here guarantees a result; measured performance is shown honestly and an unproven edge is labeled as such.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will re-prompt your acknowledgement. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
